How do I book?

Very simple. You can use our contact form on this website as we prefer personal contact.

How do I pay?

You can pay Sail Go Catamaran by PayPal,  credit card or cash. You will find all the relevant information in your confirmation.

Can I cancel a booking without any costs?

You can cancel your booking without any costs until 48 hours before departure. If you cancel within 24 hours before departure you owe Sail Go Catamaran the total booking amount. Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours before departure your lose your deposit.

What to do when the weather is bad?

If necessary,  the captain decides to cancel the trip. Together we will try to find another opportunity.  If that doesn’t works for either one of us, you receive a full refund.

The decision to cancel is only taken by the captain.

What is included?

Included in the price is a captain and hostess, insurance, food, use of paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, floating devices and our floating party mat.

What is not included?

Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are not included. But can be bought on board at very reasonable prices.

Can I take my own drinks?

Apart from bottles of water it is not allowed to take your own drinks.

What do I take with me?

To really enjoy the sailing trip, swimming and snorkling, it’s necessary to take a towel, sun cream, a bathing suit,  sunglasses and a good mood.

What shoes do I wear?

On the Sail Go Catamaran boats shoes are not allowed, but we recommend to wear comfortable shoes or flip flops for easy access to the tender and easy storage.

Can I listen to my own playlist?

Yes you can. We have numerous playlists, but if you want your private playlist we can connect your device to our speakers on the front deck and the cockpit.

Is it possible to have a party on board?

Yes, you can party on board, but only on private trips. If you book a shared trip with Sail Go Catamaran,  you have to keep in mind the other guests.

Are your boats and crew fully licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to charter on Mallorca.

Is there a toilet on the boat?

Yes there is.

What can I expect?
